Divine-Miracle Augustine James is a 19 year-old boy who is battling a heart failure due to congenital heart defect known as Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF), this condition was diagnosed recently as he slumped in his school, he was seen by a cardiologist who made the above diagnosis after series of investigation which include Echo test, ECG, chest x ray, FBC and LFT. A cardio-thoracic surgeon saw him and recommend open heart surgery which will cost 9.5million naira
