Dear Friends and Kind-Hearted Supporters,

I’m reaching out to you with a heavy heart to ask for your help and support for my beloved aunt, Balamani Adedla, who is currently in critical condition and fighting for her life.

She has been in Yashoda Hospital, Secunderabad, for the past 15 days, suffering from severe lung complications caused by asthma. Her condition has worsened significantly and she is now on a ventilator. Doctors have advised an urgent operation that could help her breathe again and give her a chance at recovery. The cost of her treatment, including daily medication and ICU care, is nearly ₹1 lakh per day—a devastating burden for the family.

My aunt is a deeply caring, generous, and selfless person who has always put others before herself. She lost her husband 25 years ago and raised her two children on her own, working tirelessly to give them a better life. A few years ago, she faced the unbearable pain of losing her daughter due to health complications. Her only surviving family is her son, Naresh Adedla, who has done everything possible to cover her medical expenses, but he has now completely exhausted his savings.

They have no assets, no property, and no financial safety net. Naresh is watching the only person he has left suffer, and it’s heartbreaking.

As a family, we are all doing whatever we can—but we too are stretched beyond our limits. It’s incredibly painful to see someone so kind and giving now struggle without the means to get the care she needs, and even more painful to feel helpless in the face of it.
