I’m trying to raise money for a lawyer to take my case to keep my three grandchildren that are 910 and 11 that are US citizens to remain in the United States so they will not get sent to El Salvador to their dad which is a sex offender. He exposed himself to his stepdaughter, which is one of my oldest granddaughters later we found out that he had raped her he got deported he came back. He got deported again. My daughter fell into depression really bad. She was unable to fight with the kids, so Cps gave him the kids because he followed all the guidelines to get his kids while he was here. The second time he got deported. He was already living with somebody else so the kids stayed with that lady automatically with a power of attorney we went to court. The judge signed the court order that they would be sent to El Salvador in July 2026 we do not want them going with fear for them to go to El Salvador because they will have no voice over there. They will be defenseless. We want him to remain here with us. We just need to make sure we have enough money to pay a lawyer a minimum of $5000 to keep them from going and it has to happen fast because we only have till July 2026 before they get sent. We told my 11 year-old granddaughter that is my son-in-law daughter what he had done why they reported him why he and my daughter got separated so she could be aware of what could happen if she did wind up going over there to not let her guard down to protect yourself so she did tell her dad that day after we visit her and he denied it. He said it wasn’t true. The caregiver that has her now also said it was a lie that it was not true that he did that and he it is true. It’s on the documents of the Court House. It is true. Please donate to our go fund me so that we can keep these three young US citizen children here in the United States with us we do not want them to go. We fear for their lives. We fear that once they get over there, they won’t have a voice we will lose all contact with them. We don’t want that for them. We fear for their lives. It’s something will happen to them if they do go in July.
