He is a 39 year old Family man battling Stage 5 Chronic kidney disease (CKG) which has affected both kidneys. He is currently on dialysis to sustain him. He requires a Kidney Transplant on both Kidney’s to enable him make a full recovery and go back to taking care of his wife and kids.
