Mise à jour pour Stack

Salut tout le monde,

Je voulais vous faire un petit update concernant Stack.

Les résultats du scan sont arrivés. Ils ont vu qu’il y a effectivement une masse collée à l’os de son pénis. Pour l’instant, ils ne pensent pas que ce soit une tumeur. Ça pourrait peut-être être un kyste, mais ce n’est pas certain.

Ils ont aussi regardé ses glandes dans l’estomac, et heureusement, il n’y a rien d’inquiétant de ce côté-là. Sa valeur rénale, qui était un peu haute, est revenue à la normale. Donc, les vétérinaires ne sont pas inquiets pour qu’il puisse avoir l’opération prévue demain.

L’opération s’appelle une urétrostomie, et pendant cette chirurgie, ils vont aussi lui enlever le pénis. Grâce à ça, ils vont pouvoir faire une biopsie et voir si la masse est cancéreuse ou non.

Si ce n’est pas cancéreux, Stack va pouvoir vivre un beau reste de vie, entouré d’amour, pendant encore plusieurs années – le temps que Dieu voudra. ❤️ Mais si jamais c’est cancéreux, il y a un risque que ça revienne à n’importe quel moment…

Update on Stack

Hi everyone,

I wanted to give you all a little update about Stack.

The scan results are in, and they did find a mass attached to the bone of his penis. Right now, the vets don’t believe it’s a tumor. It could possibly be a cyst, but they’re not sure yet.

They also checked his abdominal glands, and thankfully, there’s nothing wrong there. His kidney values, which were a concern before, are now back to normal. So the vets aren’t worried about going ahead with the surgery that’s scheduled for tomorrow.

The surgery is called a urethrostomy, and during the procedure, they will also remove his penis. This will allow them to do a biopsy and find out whether the mass is cancerous or not.

If it’s not cancerous, Stack will be able to live a beautiful, happy life for however many years God gives him ❤️. But if it is cancerous, there’s a chance it could come back at any time.

This is a really hard time, but I’m staying hopeful. Thank you so much to everyone who has donated, shared the page, or sent positive thoughts. Your support truly means the world to us.

Je voulais vous faire une petite mise à jour concernant Stack. Il devait se faire opérer aujourd’hui pour une uréthrostomie, mais ça a été reporté…

Depuis quelques jours, Stack ne mange plus, il vomit et son urine est devenue presque transparente. Le vétérinaire lui a fait une prise de sang, et malheureusement, ses reins ne fonctionnent pas très bien.

Ils lui ont aussi fait des radiographies, mais on ne voit rien de concluant. Par contre, quand ils passent le cathéter, ils sentent vraiment quelque chose qui bloque au niveau de l’os du pénis.

Pour savoir ce que c’est (un calcul, une tumeur ou peut-être quelque chose de cancéreux), il faudrait qu’un spécialiste lui fasse un scan.

On est dans l’incertitude en ce moment, et c’est très difficile. Stack a besoin de soins plus poussés rapidement. Si vous pouvez continuer à partager la campagne ou m’aider d’une façon ou d’une autre, ce serait vraiment apprécié. Merci à tous ceux qui ont déjà contribué. ❤️‍

Update on Stack

Hi everyone,

I wanted to give you an update on Stack. He was supposed to have surgery today for a urethrostomy, but unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned.

For the past few days, Stack hasn’t been eating, he’s been vomiting, and his urine had become almost completely clear. The vet ran some blood tests, and the results showed that his kidneys aren’t working properly.

They also took X-rays, but nothing clear showed up. However, when they passed the catheter, they could really feel something blocking near the bone of the penis. It could be a stone, a tumor, or something more serious. To know for sure, a specialist will need to do a scan.

We’re still waiting for more answers, but it’s a very difficult time. Stack urgently needs specialized care.

Bonjour à tous,

Je m’appelle Emeliza et aujourd’hui, je viens demander de l’aide le cœur lourd, mais rempli d’amour pour mon chien.

Il y a quelques jours, mon chien a été castré d’urgence car il avait de la difficulté à uriner. Il faisait seulement quelques gouttes à la fois, ce qui nous inquiétait beaucoup. On espérait que l’opération règle le problème, mais depuis mardi, son état ne s’est pas amélioré. Il continue à avoir des fuites d’urine, il vomit, et son comportement change. Il souffre, et je me sens impuissante.

J’ai déjà tout donné pour payer la première opération. Aujourd’hui, je n’ai plus les moyens financiers pour retourner chez le vétérinaire, même si je sais qu’il en a désespérément besoin. C’est pourquoi je me tourne vers vous, avec beaucoup d’humilité.

Chaque don, petit ou grand, ferait une différence immense pour lui. Que ce soit pour une consultation, des médicaments, ou des examens supplémentaires, votre aide peut lui sauver la vie.

Je suis prête à tout pour lui. Il est plus qu’un animal pour moi — c’est un membre de ma famille, mon bébé.

Hello everyone,

My name is Emeliza, and today I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and deep love for my dog.

Just a few days ago, my dog had to be urgently neutered because he was having trouble urinating — he could only pass a few drops at a time. We hoped the surgery would solve the issue, but since Tuesday, he hasn’t gotten any better. He’s still leaking urine, he vomited, and his behavior has changed.
