I have created this fundraiser on behalf of my parents, Sharon and Steve Meadows, in hopes to relieve a massive financial burden that they have before them. My dad has to have major heart surgery on Friday, December 13. They currently live in an RV in Silver Springs, FL. Due to the nature of the procedure, the intensity of the surgery, and the lengthy recovery time, they were informed by the doctors today that he cannot recover in the RV. He cannot use steps or lift his arms for quite a number of weeks. This is obviously a huge hurdle they were not prepared to face on top of the severity of the procedure. My siblings and I will help as much as we can (I am the only local one), but they are currently in desperate need of a new living situation for at least 2 months. We have found a place for them to park their RV in the meantime, but they still need to find a short-term rental for my mom to stay in while he is in the hospital and for them both to go back to for him to recover. If there is anything you can do to help us reach this goal to get them a place in time, we would be so, so grateful. Please be praying for them as they navigate this season.
