Urgent Home Repair for Lauren's Family

My sister, Lauren, and her husband, Spencer, bought a home, only for Spencer to arrive after the purchase and find the water pipes had frozen and burst, leading to standing water for a prolonged amount of time, ruining much of the floor and walls.
