Urgent Hernia Operation Needed in Guatemala
Hello, my son is adopted from Guatemala. His half-sister, Olga, who is in her 50's and lives in Mataquescuintla, Guatemala, is suffering from a hernia that she's had for years. They are very poor and can't afford the operation which is 9000 quetzales or approximately $1,150. I have a letter from the doctor stating the cost of the operation and any money raised will go directly to the Colis Medical Center.
The operation is now critical. The hernia has grown to the point that it's causing many other health problems. She has no appetite and has lost significant weight, she's developed infections where she's needed antibiotics and she's always in pain. She sleeps most of her days and is now, not walking.
I'd like to raise the money to give her this life changing operation. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
Many thanks for your support,
