URGENT: Help us save our sweet Leo

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-Hearted Strangers,

We are reaching out during one of the most difficult times in our lives to ask for help saving our beloved cat, Leo. Leo is a 1.5-year-old orange tabby who has been the heart of our home since we adopted him as a kitten. He’s not just a pet; he’s our baby, our constant source of love, joy, and comfort.

Leo is the sweetest, most talkative, and affectionate cat we’ve ever known. His playful spirit and endless snuggles brighten even our darkest days. Unfortunately, Leo has found himself in a life-threatening situation. He accidentally ingested part of a string toy, which has wrapped around his intestines and is causing a dangerous blockage. Without immediate surgery, this condition is fatal.

We are devastated at the thought of losing him. Leo has so much life ahead of him, and we can’t imagine our home without his sweet presence. Leo is also a younger brother to our other cat, Kai. The two of them are incredibly close and bonded, always side by side. Just as we can’t imagine our lives without Leo, neither can Kai.

The thought of losing his best friend is heartbreaking for us all.

The surgery is happening tonight 9/29/24, and while we are doing everything we can to save his life, the cost is overwhelming. We are going into debt to ensure Leo gets the care he needs, but we need your help to ease the financial burden.

All the money donated with go directly to all his medical bills including medication, hospital stay, x-rays, surgery and many other things. 

As a family, we are already navigating a challenging time, with health concerns affecting a loved one. The idea of losing Leo during such a difficult period is unbearable. We know that times are tough for many, but any contribution, big or small, will make a tremendous difference in Leo’s life and help us focus on his recovery without the crushing weight of financial stress.

Nos dirigimos a ustedes en uno de los momentos más difíciles de nuestras vidas para pedir ayuda para salvar a nuestro querido gato, Leo. Leo es un gato atigrado naranja de 1.5 años que ha sido el corazón de nuestro hogar desde que lo adoptamos como un gatito. No es solo una mascota; es nuestro bebé, nuestra fuente constante de amor, alegría y consuelo. 

Leo también es el hermano menor de nuestro otro gato, Kai. Los dos están increíblemente unidos y siempre están uno al lado del otro. Así como no podemos imaginar nuestras vidas sin Leo, tampoco Kai puede. La idea de perder a su mejor amigo es desgarradora para todos nosotros. 

Leo es el gato más dulce, conversador y cariñoso que jamás hayamos conocido. Su espíritu juguetón y sus infinitos mimos iluminan incluso nuestros días más oscuros. Desafortunadamente, Leo se encuentra en una situación que amenaza su vida. Accidentalmente ingirió parte de un juguete de cuerda, lo que ha causado que se enrosque en sus intestinos, creando una obstrucción peligrosa. Sin una cirugía inmediata, esta condición es fatal. 

Estamos devastados ante la idea de perderlo. Leo tiene tanta vida por delante, y no podemos imaginar nuestro hogar sin su dulce presencia. 

La cirugía se realizará esta noche, y aunque estamos haciendo todo lo posible para salvar su vida, el costo es abrumador. Estamos endeudándonos para asegurarnos de que Leo reciba la atención que necesita, pero necesitamos su ayuda para aliviar la carga financiera. 

 Como familia, ya estamos navegando un momento desafiante, con problemas de salud que afectan a nuestros seres queridos. La idea de perder a Leo en un período tan difícil es insoportable. Sabemos que los tiempos son difíciles para muchos, pero cualquier contribución, grande o pequeña, marcará una gran diferencia en la vida de Leo y nos ayudará a concentrarnos en su recuperación sin el agobiante peso del estrés financiero. 

 Por favor, consideren donar, y si no pueden contribuir económicamente, compartir nuestra historia con otros significaría el mundo para nosotros. Estaremos actualizando a todos sobre el progreso y la recuperación de Leo, e incluimos fotos y videos de nuestro dulce niño, para que puedan ver al increíble gato que están ayudando a salvar.
