I was in a head on car collision and my car was damaged extensively and not driveable until fixed.

I can't use my car till I pay to repair it. I'm lucky I didn't die but now I have no car cus I need to pay the mechanic. Plz help with whatever you can. There's no way for me to afford this as I can barely afford groceries. I need it to get trans medical care and medications.

It's already been 4 months and I'm desperate.
