Help-Urgent Help to Pay $1300.00 Property Taxes.

In June 2023 Beverly’s grandfather told her he would gift her a piece of land, but he wanted https://gofund.me/852bdca6 everything handled through a lawyer. A friend of her’s, gave the lawyer, Joshua Rosenberg $1,000.00. Unknown to us he promptly went through the $1,000 and on top of that spent another $1600.00 which we did not know about. We told him to stop all work. Then I had to start a GOFUNDME account to get donations to pay that bill, which we accomplished in 2024. All paid off. The land was still not in her name after spending $2600.00.

In December 2024, her grandfather signed a Quit Claim Deed to transfer the land to her. The Deed was recorded in December 2024.

Problem now is property taxes of $1660.00 must be paid by March 30th. Beverly’s grandfather said he would not pay them.

I have started another GOFUNDME account for Beverly to collect donations for property taxes. We already have a donation of $167.00. We currently need $1493.00.

Any amount you can give would be greatly appreciated.
