Hi, I'm Mackenzie. I'm making this GoFundMe for my best friend: my kitty, Soup. She's a tad gluttonous, accidentally ingested bone shards and now finds herself in a predicament. Her diagnosis is an intestinal blockage and possible perforation due to the mass of bones she has ingested.

As a financially independent university student who has lived away from family since the age of 15, it is extremely hard for me to foot this bill and cover the cost of my living alongside my tuition. I will give anything I can to save her life because she is my closest friend and the one living being who has loved me unconditionally, but I need all the support I can get for us to stay together, and for her to continue the good life she deserves.

Any and all help you give will go towards keeping two best friends together, and it's not an overstatement to say that I can't live without her. I've lost so many of my loved ones recently, and losing her is my greatest fear.
