I am Zaynab Harris, daughter of the late Hajj Amin born amongst Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah. I am newly married to my Egyptian husband, Mohamed Abass. Alḥamdulillāh, we just welcomed our beautiful Ramadan baby 3 weeks ago.

We are humbly asking for your support during this critical time. With the help of the community, we were able to submit his I-130 spousal visa with a medical expedite request. However, due to ongoing delays affecting 75 countries, we are still waiting for updates. In the meantime, we’re applying for a tourist visa and submitting a humanitarian request to reunite our family as soon as possible.

Our newborn son has been diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot and is expected to undergo open-heart surgery within the next 4–6 months, InshaAllah. I must remain in Philadelphia for his specialized medical care and close monitoring- making my husband’s presence extremely crucial for support, stability, and caregiving during this time.

We are now raising funds to help cover visa processing fees, travel expenses from Egypt, basic moving and living expenses as we settle and prepare for our son’s upcoming surgery.
