Our hearts are heavy, and we can’t believe we’re writing this. P Duck (Dagmar Gossen) —our friend, our brother, the life and soul of Koh Phangan—has suffered a terrible accident.
If you’ve been to Koh Phangan, you’ve felt his energy. If you’ve danced at the Waterfall Party, you’ve heard his legendary “Ducky Duck Quack Quack.”
He has been the heartbeat of this island, bringing joy, laughter, and love to so many of us. And now, he needs us more than ever.
THE HEARTBREAKING NEWS
On March 13th, P Duck was in a devastating, life-threatening motorbike accident. We don’t know exactly what happened, but the injuries are severe.
Right now, he is fighting for his life in Koh Samui Hospital.
- He was unconscious for days but has just barely started responding.
- He is struggling to breathe due to a severe lung infection.
- He has fluid on the brain.
- His condition is critical and unstable—he needs an urgent tracheostomy to help him breathe.
His mother has flown out to be with him, and the emotional toll on her is unimaginable.

There are moments in life when we must come together, and this is one of them. P Duck has no insurance.
His medical bills are already at 300,000 THB (and growing dramatically by the day) and we have no idea how high they will go.
