I am reaching out in an effort to literally rebuild and save my life.

Due to a fire, I have lost almost everything I have ever had.

Nearly all proof of my 54 years of life has been destroyed.

I have been stripped of everything.

I am now homeless and starting over with what I can carry...nothing more.

I have no transportation and am on foot. As a result of having several strokes in the past, I have extreme pain in my left leg that makes walking very far almost impossible.

I am forced to borrow a phone or try to get to a public library to use a computer to have any way to communicate.

At times I am sleeping on the ground to get enough rest to function. And the cool fall nights are already making the ground too cold to lay on safely.

I am currently using trash bags to stay warm enough and to keep me alive.

Due to the limitations of this situation I do not always have access to meals. No one should ever have to go through experiencing real hunger like this.

To say I am in dire crisis is an understatement. If there is any way humanly possible you can help, please do.

I don't expect to survive under these conditions much longer.

This is becoming a life and death emergency.
