URGENT: Save 6.5-Month-Old Omar Fighting for Survival

Right now, a family in Egypt is living every parent’s worst nightmare. Their 6.5-month-old baby boy — fragile, brave, and clinging to life — needs an urgent bone marrow transplant abroad to survive.

Omar suffers from a rare and devastating genetic immune disorder (Primary Immunodeficiency Disease). Since the first of month of life, this tiny fighter has been admitted to the ICU eight times, battling life-threatening pneumonia and infections that his little body can no longer fight off. He weighs only 4.5 kilograms, fed through a nasal tube because he cannot breastfeed. Every day is a battle against the odds.

In Egypt, his home country, no treatment can save him due to incompatibility of donors. His only chance is a specialized hospital abroad where a nearly perfect donor match (99% compatibility) offers real hope. Without this transplant, his chances of survival are heartbreakingly low.

But hope comes with a price his family cannot bear alone — $85,000 for the transplant and $15,000 for essential expenses. Medical insurance will not cover the cost, and the family, already crushed by mounting ICU and hospital bills, is desperate.
