Our rescue in Romania has been hit hard by a recent storm that tore a hole through the roof of our shelter. Pieces of the roof are now falling into the house, putting the dogs and cats in our care at risk and making parts of the shelter unsafe.

The damage has also affected our stove — which means we currently have no way to heat the house where the animals sleep. With winter fast approaching, this has become an emergency. Once the snow arrives and temperatures drop, the situation will only get worse, we've patched it up to stop water coming in but we fear the roof won’t hold if it isn’t repaired soon.

This house is the only safe place these animals have. Many were rescued from the streets, and now they’re facing the cold with nowhere else to go.

We’re fundraising to rebuild the roof and repair the stove chimney so our rescue animals can stay warm, dry, and safe through the winter. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward materials, repairs, and keeping the shelter secure.
