Urgent Help Needed to Rebuild Family's Home

My niece Jeni and her husband Jason hired a contractor to build a two-story addition to their tiny Omaha home. They have eagerly been waiting to use this new addition as they only have one bathroom, and three bedrooms for themselves and four children. This addition added a fourth bedroom, bathroom, dining room, family room and also added more room to the kitchen.

However, the contractor allegedly didn't build this addition correctly, nor pull any permits and the work has failed all inspections. This means Jeni and Jason will need to tear the addition down and rebuild at a cost of around $150,000. They have spent all of their loan money to pay the contractor and are in desperate needs of funds as they have no savings to cover the expense of re-doing the work, and may be forced out of their home.
