Our father lives with us and we put the water bill in his name a few years ago to take advantage of veteran and senior citizen discounts, but for the last 8 months he has taken the bill money and not paid the bill, and we are now $1,415 in debt with the water company, resulting in our water being cut off.

Our 4 children are unable to wash or drink and we have no friends or family close by to give us water or to use their showers, we are doing our best to pay the debt but need help.
