Urgent Help Needed to Keep Roberta's Family Safe

Hello, my name's Roberta, I'm a trans independent game developer living in the California bay area, and I have one week to get $6500 to save myself and my family from homelessness.

My family, myself, and my spouse all live together and have lived together for years in our own home, having lived in the same town for 14 years. However, we've had a number of financial emergencies that have caught up to us, and now we need $6500 to pay to the county in order for them to not seize our home (over unpaid property taxes and lawn code citations). We have seven cats (including a sick kitten with specific medical needs) and 6 people (only 4 of who have an active income: myself, my spouse, my mom, and my little sister). There's simply no way we can make this all on this short of a notice, even with my mom covering $2000 out of her paycheck. Thus why I'm asking for your help.

My family and myself are low-income, and as someone who is transgender I have expensive medical needs that would make homelessness, especially in the United States, essentially a death sentence. If I can't make this goal in time, any help offered will go to trying to set up roots elsewhere in town. We have been living in this same town for 14 years, we cannot just leave simply. I do not have a car nor the ability to drive, and rely on bicycling and carpooling to move around. Finding new housing on a short notice would be incredibly difficult.

As stated, all of the $4000 goal would with my own money + my mom's $2000 to save the house. If we can't meet this goal in time, any funds will instead go to figuring out a rental situation for me ASAP.
