Urgent Help Needed to Keep a Home and Utilities

Hi everyone. Bear with me here as this is still a very difficult thing for me to do. In the last year, I've had the most humbling of experiences, but yet asking for help of any kind never gets any easier.

For those of you who don't know, about 11 months ago, I contracted a very serious infection that kept me in the hospital for 2 months. I became very weak over that time period and had to rebuild a lot of lost muscle mass and weight gain. All of this started due to open wounds in my legs caused by lymphedema. Long story short, I've been going through a seemingly never-ending cycle of swelling, infection, hospital. I have congenital heart failure and have a supplemental oxygen machine at home for when I need it. Even the simplest tasks for some are exhausting for me right now. I've worked with numerous places for government assistance and while I've had one or two options available for some help...the wells are all dry. I've been fortunate enough to have the assistance of my parents and sister(s/o to Michael Dimmick too) who have literally done and given all the help they can and 10x more than I ever wanted to need from them. I've also had the blessing of a few angels that I think want to remain anonymous but I'll certainly be glad to thank them here. I've got an appeals claim in waiting on Disability (I was denied for a ridiculous reason for the first time) but I'm in an utterly desperate position. I was finally able to get a job thanks to a great friend and my infection has come back and it's costing me time from work again.

I'm behind on literally all my bills. I'm facing eviction with nowhere to go. My phone will be cut off. My car will be repossessed. I don't care about my TV or anything like that. I'm just worried about becoming homeless or having no electricity. We're talking like a week or two away from losing these things. Nothing I receive will be going to any frivolous expenses...or to anything like snacks that I don't need. It's all going to get my utilities caught up so I don't wind up on the streets. I know I don't deserve any help. And it literally pains me to ask...but I'm desperate and don't know what else to do. Anything at all helps.
