I'm reaching out on behalf of my Uncle Muhammad Azara, his wife Naseem, and their five children: Besan (17), Layan (16), Mayar (10), Osama (7), and Sanad (3 months). They are currently living in Gaza, facing incredibly difficult circumstances due to the ongoing conflict in the region.
With the escalating violence and instability, my family's safety is at serious risk. They urgently need to evacuate Gaza to ensure their children’s safety. However, the costs associated with such a move are overwhelming, and they are unable to afford it on their own.
That's why we're turning to the kindness and generosity of friends, family, and compassionate strangers like you. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in helping the Azara family reach safety.
About the Azara Family:
The family has had to evacuate their home in October, and since then they've repeatedly fled from one part of Gaza to the next in a desperate attempt to avoid the indiscriminate attacks. Naseem, who was seven months pregnant at the time, faced immense challenges in moving due to her condition. She bravely endured until the ninth month when she gave birth in unsafe conditions. To add to the difficulty, the hospital she went to was overwhelmed with patients, leaving her without proper care or even a bed to rest on. Currently, she’s unable to maintain a reliable milk supply for baby Sanad due to inadequate access to healthy food and water.
Their economic situation worsened due to the occupation force’s complete siege, making it difficult for them to afford basic necessities. Naseem, in her delicate condition, couldn't even access suitable nutrition, impacting the health of her unborn child.
Meanwhile, Muhammad's livelihood was destroyed as their family business, a dress rental boutique, was no longer viable amidst the chaos and has recently been completely destroyed.
