Urgent Help Needed! Save New Creation & Prevent Homelessness

Help Us Save 60 Lives — And Protect Our Community from Crisis

New Creation Inc., is a faith-based sober living program in Olathe, Kansas. We, the executive directors and board members, are urgently calling on you—our neighbors, faith community, and supporters—to help us prevent a public crisis that affects not just 60 men in recovery, but our entire city and county.

We’re not asking for long-term charity. We’re asking for a stopgap solution—to hold the line while a long-term fix is already in motion.

We’re Facing an Emergency!!

* May 11, 2025: 15 residents will be evicted and face homelessness
* June 21, 2025: Our entire program will shut down—displacing all 60 men we serve
* 120 daily meals will cease immediately
* The burden will shift to city shelters, emergency rooms, law enforcement, and local services already stretched thin

These men are in recovery. They are working hard to rebuild their lives and their futures. If we close, they lose everything. And the entire community feels the impact.

City Officials Are Aware — But We Need Public Help Now!!

City officials are aware of this situation, and we are working collaboratively with Olathe leadership, church communities, and private donors to address this crisis. However, these efforts take time—and time is what we don’t have.

This is a stopgap issue: we need urgent help to bridge the gap until our long term plan is fully functional. That’s it. We have a plan. We have partnerships. What we lack is the immediate funding to stay operational long enough to carry the plan forward.

We Are Requesting $300,000 in Emergency Support.

This one-time emergency goal will cover:

* Property-related expenses and prevent evictions
* Infrastructure and utility needs to keep facilities safe
* Meal service operations for our residents
* IT system restoration for communication and case management
* Outstanding city-imposed costs on one of our properties

This funding will help us hold the line, protect our residents, and prevent a surge in homelessness that the community isn’t equipped to absorb.

We Deliver Results: 90% Sobriety Rate!!

New Creation Inc. maintains a 90% sobriety rate among our residents—proof that our program is working. These men are not just surviving; they are recovering, restoring families, reentering the workforce, and rebuilding their lives.

When you give, you’re investing in a proven path to freedom and stability.

We Are a 501(c)(3) in Good Standing

As of April 21, 2025, New Creation Inc. is officially listed in good standing with the Kansas Secretary of State. We are legally recognized, board-led, and fully committed to transparency and financial accountability.

Our Long Term Sustainability Plan Is Ready

This emergency ask is simply a bridge that will provide the immediate support needed to build a strong foundation of financial resilience, community engagement, and innovative practice. Our sustainability plan will focus on diversifying revenue streams, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering innovation to adapt to ever-changing circumstances. By prioritizing these elements, our goal is to create a robust framework that not only addresses immediate challenges but also lays the groundwork for lasting success and stability in the future. We are committed to putting into action a comprehensive sustainability plan that encompasses:

* Recurring support from local churches
* Expanded private donor engagement
* Enhanced budgeting practices
* Revenue from property cash flow
* Selective grant support (as a supplement, not a core source)
* Optimized operational practices

We’re not looking for long-term public support—we just need immediate help bridging the gap.
