Urgent Help Needed: Save My Friend’s Education & Future

I’m reaching out on behalf of my friend, who is facing one of the hardest challenges of her life. She came to Canada in 2023 to study Culinary at Georgian College, hoping to build a better future for herself and her family. But financial struggles have made her journey incredibly difficult.

She had to take a semester off because she couldn’t afford tuition. Without being enrolled, she was also unable to work, making it even harder to get back on track. Now, her next semester starts this week, and she urgently needs $18,000 CAD to cover her tuition for the next two semesters. Out of this, she must pay $9,000 within a month, or she will be forced to take another break from college.

If she can’t make this payment on time, she risks losing her student status, which could lead to deportation. Immigration rules in Canada are getting stricter, and taking two breaks could put her in serious trouble. On top of that, she has debts from borrowing money just to survive, and her family back home is also struggling, they can’t even cover the interest on her student loan.

She has exhausted all options, she reached out to the college for a payment plan, applied for financial aid, and tried every possible way to arrange the funds, but nothing has worked. This is her last hope.
