I am asking for help. Over 2 years I’m trying to prove that I’m innocent but law turned against me because I was working for Uber .customer gives false accusations against me and they deactivated my account I took them to the court but they never provided any evidence or proof arbitration judge did a favor to the Uber and dismissed the whole case without the trial no one after that want help me to do an appeal so I started calling Uber and demanding proof but they never gave me and they opened case against me that I was calling them and demanding and harassing to prove evidence. Ever since I was working other jobs and still couldn’t come up with all the expenses. Now I lost my TLC license, I lost my job, I lost my car after paying for 5 years for not paying the loan. I can’t pay my rent .there is eviction notice from marshals that I have to leave my apartment but some how I manage to get extensions .There is a case against me pending and I’m currently on house arrest and they are only allowing me to go grocery shopping once a week. I don’t have anybody who can help me with my bills cause I don’t have income coming due to house arrest. Both of my parents passed away. For the last two years I Exhausted all my brother’s saving and he is also not in a position to help me now. Three years ago I had an emergency open heart surgery and couldn’t work for 6 months and used all my savings for my bills. After surgery, rehabilitation took 6 months to fully recover and return back to work as a driver. Please, I need Your help.
