Hi everyone,

I am sharing my story today with a heavy heart and an urgent plea for help. On Sunday June 9th at 12:04am I got an emergency call that my room was on fire. Thankfully, I was not home at the time but my housemate acted immediately, took the proper steps and evacuated with her friends. Everyone made it out safely, but the fire consumed everything in my room leaving me with nothing but the outfit I wore that day. Not only have I lost my belongings but also irreplaceable memories.

Due to the scene still under investigation the timeframe of rebuilding is unknown leaving me having to stay with friends/family which is a temporary solution.

Any help would be appreciated to help me get back on my feet. The money will go to replacing essential belongings (clothing, furniture, household items). Even if you can’t donate I thank you for taking the time reading this and please share.
