Urgent Help Needed: Keep My Parents Housed

My name is Joseph Curry and my mother, Belinda Curry, has fallen behind on her rent payments and utility bills as of June 1st. She has been fighting a disability case with lawyers since last year and has yet to get any resolution. Her lawyers are still actively pursuing this case for a favorable outcome, but there is no end in sight for this hardship.

At this moment, she is unable to go back to her job as she is functionally not able to do her duties both due to the injury she sustained while there and her ongoing medical issues. In addition to this, my father, Michael Curry, is disabled and unable to work due to his ongoing medical condition.

Due to medical expenses and the inability to work, they have no money left over to pay their back rent, utilities, and further medical expenses. This is truly not where we wanted to come, but with no assistance in sight, we had nowhere else to turn to. They are now facing eviction and in order to avoid this, we need to get them paid up on the rent and be able to keep up on it so they can get their lease renewed in October, as they truly have nowhere else to go to.

As their child, this truly pains me and if I had the space, I would bring them in or assist them, but I am not able to do this. We are asking for a little bit of grace in this matter and would truly appreciate if anybody could give anything. Seeing my mother and father this way, panicking about their housing and being scared of facing the harsh reality that is coming is devastating.
