Urgent Help Needed: Job Scam Victims

An update my husband last paycheck was in our account and is now gone do to this scam. We have our electric bill to pay plus a couple others that there is no money for. With our grandson and son on the spectrum there are things we rely on for them that require electricity. Like our grandsons talker because he is non verbal. Plus trying to apply for and be contacted about jobs requires our phones. Please help if you can. I feel so desperate and embarrassed to have to do this. I was just trying to get a job to help take care of my family by doing the responsible thing and ended up making things worse. I am at a loss for what to do. Please help if you can and share so we can possibly get what we need. We are really in need of the help unlike the people who took advantage of me and stole instead of working for money!

Hello my name is Janie and I didn’t think I would ever do this but we are desperate!! We are a Family of 5 and consist of myself, my husband our daughter, son(who has Autism) and our grandson (who also has Autism). We have had a rough 4 years with multiple job losses, health issues and issues with dealing with Autism and the many things that come with that. We work hard but we have had something happen that again I never thought would happen to us. I was applying for a job and thought I got a legitimate job offer. I was looking for a work from home data entry job. I applied, sent copy of my resume, took a test(one similar to one I took for another job that I did not get) and was offered a position received a job offer letter via email that I had to sign. Did research and asked questions along the way, was careful not to give personal information that could be used. Followed steps I was told and explained why what was being done was done. Talked to an actual person on the phone 2 times. Long story short it was a scam. The whole reason I was looking for a job was my Husband lost his job again 2 weeks ago and we are desperate to have money to pay our bills and not fall behind. His last paycheck his severance of one weeks pay is now gone and we will probably have a negative balance in our account due to the fraud. So we have no money to buy gas for our vehicles (needed for job interviews and we transport our grand son to ABA therapy 5 days a week, our sons day program provides transportation. Our daughter has a job but does not make enough for our expenses only for herself and her son.) to pay our house payment buy food and pay the money needed to bring our account out of the negative. I would not ask If I had other way right now. Please if you can help in any way it is appreciated. Please no negative comments we work hard and are good people. We have always helped others when we could. All we want is to have good jobs and provide for our family.
