Hi my name is Adam,

I am a British citizen traveling in the Caribbean. While on my trip I suffered an a serious ATV accident on an excursion.

This has led to me needing emergency surgery

on my left leg & hip. I require a second surgery back home in the UK in order to be able to walk again. This requires a Repatriation flight as I’m currently unable to fly on a commercial aircraft without medical assistance as my left leg is being held in place by a torsion device that’s needed at all times until I arrive at the hospital in the UK to receive immediate surgery to fix the part of my hip that my femur broke through when dislocating.

MY INSURANCE IS REFUSING TO PAY:

due to the nature of the incident where I was crushed under an ATV my insurance is refusing to cover the costs this means I’m basically trapped and desperately trying to find the funds to return home so I can receive surgery. This is something that needs to be done fast because the surgery I had already is temporary just to prevent further damage.

I never wanted to ask anyone for help like this it’s truly so humbling and it’s taken me a lot to write this but I really really need the help.

My family are worried sick and I also really want to be back home for their sake and safety too.

Money raised will cover my trip home where I can receive proper treatment. Repatriation flights are very expensive due to it requiring a medical team and logistics plus an aircraft equipped with medical facilities.
