This is the story of Ibrahim, a brave 05-year-old boy with the brightest smile and the strongest heart. Just a few months ago, he was running around with his cousins, dreaming about becoming a marathon runner one day. Today, he is fighting one of the toughest battles of his life — bone cancer.

Ibrahim is currently undergoing treatment at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital in Lahore, where doctors are doing everything they can to save his leg — and his life. In the past 5 months, our family has poured everything we have into his care. My brother Daniyal, Ibrahim’s father, has exhausted all his savings to pay for chemotherapy, tests, and hospital stays. But the road ahead is still long and uncertain.

Next month, Ibrahim is scheduled to undergo a major leg surgery, a crucial step in his recovery. But we are out of funds. Daniyal is also caring for his twin baby daughters, and it’s becoming impossible for him to keep up with both his son’s treatment and his family’s daily needs.
