We are Neylet and Norge, a couple who, like many others, work and study with the dream of overcoming obstacles, moving forward, and building a better future. Unfortunately, today we are facing a very difficult reality: we both need urgent surgeries and medical treatments that are far beyond our financial reach.

My husband, Norge, only 30 years old, suffers from severe hip deterioration that has led to muscle dystrophy. The pain has become unbearable, and every day his fear grows that he may no longer be able to walk or continue working to support us. He needs immediate medical attention and surgery that could restore his mobility and give him the hope of living without pain.

I am Neylet, 37 years old, and I need surgery to remove fibroids and polyps—an essential step before undergoing fertility treatment (IVF). My fallopian tubes are blocked, and without this procedure, I will never be able to fulfill my dream of becoming a mother. We are not asking for luxuries; we are only asking for the chance to receive the medical care that could change our lives.

Although we both work hard, our income barely covers the basics—rent, utilities, and the essentials to survive. We now find ourselves at a crossroads: without help, we will not be able to access the surgeries and treatments we urgently need.
