Our Story

My daughter and I are escaping someone extremely dangerous. A violent, abusive individual with a long history of harming others. My daughter’s father has hurt both me and her repeatedly. He was recently released on bail after serving time for very violent crimes, and now he is trying to gain access to our daughter. I had to leave my home to keep her safe.

What We’ve Endured

After my daughter was born, he refused me medical care, which left me hospitalized and in need of emergency surgery. For years, I was granted full custody, and he was only allowed to see our child with a professional monitor present.

Now, he has come back to fight for majority custody. He has dragged me through endless court battles, drowning me in legal fees, and I’ve had to drain my entire savings just to protect myself and my daughter.

Why We Need Help

Despite his violent history, the legal system has given him more access than he should ever have. This man should not be near children. He has assaulted and abused other women, stalked them, and attacked when they refused to listen to him. I am terrified of what could happen if I cannot continue fighting for my daughter’s safety.
