Hello, I'm Marika Millner and two days ago the garage behind the trailer my mom and I were renting caught on fire, an electrical fire and we had many of our personal belongings stored there, all burnt and melted. The trailer started to burn and melt as well, window is broken, and it is now unlivable, leaving us homeless with my cat. We have to rush to try and pack up all we have left from the trailer and attempt to get a storage unit as we have no other place to put anything. I work full time and commute over an hour for work and so spare time is hard to come by and I will be forced to miss some shifts in order to get this all done and will lose those wages. As of now we are scrapping up what little we have to stay in a motel as we have nowhere else to go. We need help with u-haul and storage costs and motel until we can find an apartment or anything that will allow us to move in immediately and need help with that as well as we are now using all savings on basic survival and food, etc. The amount of items lost and damaged in this fire is a tremendous loss and will be almost impossible to replace especially the antique items that belonged to my grandparents who are no longer with us. I am at a loss of words and simply do not know how we are going to get through this. The devastation is unbearable. Anything at all even if just one dollar it will all help tremendously. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts as we are just trying to get on a day to day basis and trying to hold it together. Thank you truly for any help one can provide thank you thank you!
