The actuator blend door has to be replaced, and the estimate for our 2004 Ford Explorer is $987.85—that is after a 15% coupon that we have.

This is an urgent repair as winter is setting in and the car will not be drivable once the first frost sets in as we won't be able to run the defrost. Furthermore, the coupon expires in a few days, and we are up against the clock to get this work done.
