Help Tasawar Hussain Build a Safe Home for His Family
I am reaching out today with a heavy heart to share the story of Tasawar, a hardworking father in Pakistan who is facing unimaginable hardship.
Tasawar drives an auto-rickshaw, earning barely $100 a month. Every day, he works tirelessly to provide for his wife and children, but life has dealt him one challenge after another. His wife suffers from a rare and life-threatening blood disease that requires costly treatments every 2–3 months. The treatment involves special injections or infusions directly into her blood — without them, her health rapidly deteriorates.
Tasawar’s own life has been marked by struggle. Orphaned as a child, he was taken in by extended family, as is the tradition in many Pakistani households. For years, he lived in a joint family home, grateful for their kindness and support. However, as time passed and their own children grew up, the financial strain on the household became too great. With heavy hearts, they let Tasawar know that he would need to find a separate place for himself and his family.
Now, with no savings, no land, and no home of his own, Tasawar is at risk of having nowhere to go. The only hope is to secure a very small home for his family. In Pakistan, such a modest house can be purchased for around $10,000 USD. This would not just be four walls and a roof — it would be safety, dignity, and a chance for Tasawar’s family to live without the constant fear of homelessness.
I know times are tough for many, but even a small contribution could change everything for Tasawar, his wife, and their children. Together, we can give them stability, security, and hope for the future.
If you can, please give generously — and if you cannot donate, please share this campaign so that others may help.
Every act of kindness counts.
Thank you for opening your heart.
