Hello my name is Maye Schwartz and I'm here to raise funds due to an unexpected emergency expense for our handicapped accessible vehicle. This vehicle allows my daughter with special needs to navigate through the community for medical appointments and leisure activities. This is our sole vehicle and has a ramp with a lockdown for her wheelchair. There was a significant issue with the transmission and was determined it needed to be replaced.

Given that I am my daughters primary caregiver as I am widowed we heavily rely on this vehicle as it is my daughters lifeline.

My daughter has a rare birth defect called Apert Syndrome and is physically and cognitively disabled. She has a trach, shunt and seizure disorder.

We would sincerely appreciate any contributions to help alleviate the financial burden of this unforeseen expense.
