My name is Sandra. I have a severe case of Alpha-gal Syndrome, MCAS, Histamine Intolerance and PoTs Syndrome. I am extremely airborne reactive to the outer world. I react to all fragrance, chemicals. fuels, animals, anything mammal foods drinks etc. These conditions have caused me to be homebound and now bedbound for 2 years. I now have something going on that the neurologist are referring me to another city with auto neurology. I am not able to care for myself at all and have a caregiver. I receive disability. I am a fighter. I have survived domestic violence, PTSD, cervical cancer but right now I am terrified .

Here is the current emergent situation. If anyone can help I would appreciate it so much. I am on disability. I rely on food stamps every month to eat the few foods and drink the one water I have found that my body will tolerate and not react to. I have no one who I can reach out to. I can't go to food pantries like when my children were little because I have to eat a very specific diet that my body tolerates. It's very scary. This month some how my paperwork never came and my case was closed. I was to wait up to 30 days and get food Stamps again. Thinking there would be some way to not pay a bill and make it through this. Now it has been released there will be no food stamps next month either. For those who don't know I am and have been very ill and bed bound for sometime. I will not make it through this without help. I have never asked publicly for help like this before but I see no other option. My special food and water is expensive.

Fiji Water (AGS safe for me it doesnt get filtered through bone char, i have tried other that were supposed to be safe and reacted i assume due to my MCAS. 1 pk a day plus 2 bottles every 2 days for the chicken and potatoes and 3 bottles a week fir oatmeal bars. So 8 packs a week price 5.97 x 8 = 47.52 a week. 190.08 a month

Vegetarian fed chicken 1 pack every 2 days $10.70 a pack 42.80 a week 171.20 a month

Jumbo Russet Potatoes. 5.78 8 lb bag 2 1/2 bags a week $14.45 a week. 57.80 a month

Sunbutter no sugar added. I eat 1 jar every 2 to 3 days and 1 jar per oatmeal bars fixed 3x a week so approximately 7 jars a week at $7.39 a jar 51.37 a week 205.48 a month

Oatmeal 1 a week 5.49 21.96 a month

Zulka safe sugar 2 a month 16.94 monthly.

663.46 a month to keep me alive with food and water.
