Urgent Help Needed for Recovery and Living Expenses

A month ago, I had to have emergency surgery on my left foot due to being bitten by a brown recluse spider. My little toe and the side of my foot had turned black with gangrene after 3 days of being bitten. A portion of my foot and the toe had to be removed, and I spent 12 days in the hospital. I am now off work until at least the first week of August, pending how well and how fast my foot heals.

While I was in the hospital, my car registration came due, as did all of my utility bills, my rent, and a few credit cards. I'm filing for short-term disability at work, but that won't get things paid that are due within the next week. I don't even know when it will get approved, but hopefully soon because my groceries are now being paid for with the only credit card that I have left that isn't past due. If I could, I'd go back to work today, but my surgeon says that he won't approve that because I could end up losing more than just a toe and part of the side of my foot; the healing process could delay, and I could lose my entire foot in the end.
