Urgent Help Needed To Fight Cancer In Our Pup!
Donation protected
Update 5/25- We will be closing this as of later today. We ended up having to let our sweet precious fur baby Ranger go to heaven. He was suffering so much and we couldn’t bear to see him hurt anymore. His breathing got so bad, it was heartbreaking. It was the hardest decision we ever have made. We had a vet come to our house so it was very peaceful for him. I have cried daily but I know it was for the best. We miss him every day, it’s just not the same here without him. Thank you for all your support and prayers!
Update 5/7: Received bad news when we went to our regular vet. We were told that he has more than one mass (the vet believes it’s Cancer) and it is at the base of his heart and his lungs have been affected too. His trachea is also curved (probably caused by a mass) which could be what’s making it harder for him to breathe. This news is devastating! We are trying to get in to see an Oncologist, just to see what else can be done. Just for a visit, it’s $280. I know they might want to do more tests but I don’t know the details yet. We really appreciate all the help that has been given so far!
Hello! This is my precious rescue baby Ranger, one of the best dogs in the world. He is truly the sweetest and most lovable dog you could ever meet. From his kind soulful eyes to his constant wagging tail, he can’t help but make you smile. Ranger means the world to me and my family and he makes our days better just by being near us. Unfortunately, this weekend we had to take him to the Emergency Vet as he was having trouble breathing, barely was eating, and just had no energy. We found out that he has a large mass on his liver and we are unsure if it is a mast cell tumor and/or if it has possibly spread to other organs. He is going to need ultrasounds, X-rays, and more to figure out if he will need surgery, chemotherapy, or anything else. It is absolutely heartbreaking and, even as I write this, I can’t stop crying. We are trying to raise $3000 at this time to help handle all these costs. We just financially can’t afford all of this right now but we have to do everything we can to help our sweet pup. Any money not used we will be more than happy to return or donate to a doggy charity to help with situations like Ranger's. He is a very important part of our family, and our hearts, and we are thankful for anything you could give. Prayers are also extremely appreciated!
