Last night after midnight, someone, one of our neighbors, poisoned our 4 dogs with antifreeze! One by one, they started showing signs of distress, vomiting, difficulty walking, and violent seizures. We rushed them to the emergency vet and tried to save them, but Shiner (our American Bulldog) passed before we could get him there. They rushed Enzo (Golden Doodle) back to start working on him, but after suffering a heat stroke caused by the severe seizures and 109 fever, and the inability to stop seizing, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go. Rosie was starting to look better, we thought, but her seizures never stopped even when medicated, and crystals started forming in her kidneys. Again, we had to choose to stop her pain and let her go. Beeboo is in critical care for the next 48 hours. Needless to say, the bill is LARGE.
