Urgent Help Needed for Our Dad’s Medical Care
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
We’re reaching out with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits to ask for support for our dad, who has been living with Parkinson’s disease and Lewy body dementia for the past six years. Watching his health decline has been incredibly difficult, but he has always faced each challenge with strength and courage.
In February, our dad fell and broke his hip. He underwent surgery and spent time in a rehabilitation facility, slowly learning to stand and walk again. Just as he was beginning to improve, he suffered another fall that dislocated his hip. Sadly, this has now happened multiple times, each setback more difficult than the last.
This most recent fall has been especially hard—not only on his health, but on our family financially. Insurance has denied coverage for the rehab facility this time, despite how vital it is to his recovery. On top of that, we’re struggling to keep up with the costs of repeated ambulance rides, medications, and medical equipment he now urgently needs.
We are humbly asking for help. Every donation will go directly toward:
• Rehabilitation care not covered by insurance
• Ongoing medical bills and medications
• Ambulance services
• Medical equipment to keep him safe and comfortable at home
Even if we only raise a portion of our goal, it will make a meaningful difference for our dad and our family. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page with others is also a huge help.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read our story and support us in any way you can.
With love and gratitude,
