Our family is facing an incredibly challenging time, and

we're reaching out to our community for urgent support.

My husband, Opinder, traveled to India to bring our

precious twin boys and me back home to Canada. What

was meant to be a joyous reunion has turned into a

nightmare.

Shortly after arriving, Opinder was diagnosed with a

severe liver disease and underwent a life-saving liver

transplant surgery. While the transplant was a crucial

step, his recovery has been fraught with complications.

He has been battling pneumonia and various relentless

infections, all while his body's immune system remains

incredibly weak. This has resulted in multiple stays in the

Intensive Care Unit (ICU), followed by brief periods in a

regular room, only for the cycle to repeat.

As I write this, our twin boys and I are back home in

Canada, anxiously awaiting updates from India. His

senior parents, who are providing incredible support, are

by his side, navigating the complexities of his ongoing

medical care.

The mounting medical expenses in India are

overwhelming. The costs associated with prolonged ICU

stays, specialized treatments, medications, and ongoing

care are creating a significant financial burden.

Simultaneously, being separated as a family has put a

strain on our household expenses here in Canada.

We are humbly asking for your support to help us cover

Opinder's critical medical bills and provide some stability

for our family during this incredibly challenging period.
