My niece was sexually assaulted on Saturday. He broke into the house, and my niece heard the break-in. She was able to grab a metal stick from her bunk bed and phone. She was able to fight him off while he attempted to pull her pants down, telling her, "he would kill her."

My sister is not able to stay in her house at this moment because of this traumatic incident. They attempted to stay, but my niece was terrified. As the big sister, I'm stepping in, asking for help from our community to help get my niece and sister the help they need to make my niece at least feel safe. She's a single mom with 3 kids and doesn't have the funds to just up and move. Anything will help, and any information will help. This is just the first step to getting them out of that house.
