We are the Napoles family. We live in Cincinnati OH and are raising money to help us pay to replace our septic system. Our county is requiring a full replacement or we can risk losing the occupancy status on our home. We have been dealing with this issue for three years trying to find a solution. The cost we were initially told was $60,000 + and there was no way to get financing. It had to be cash. There were no grants, no relief funds, no loans available and every year we get fined for not having it done. We thought maybe last year we would have been able to find a much more affordable solution and save for it and then our property taxes tripled and our mortgage went up by $1200/month. All our resources have been drained just trying to keep up with this huge and unexpected cost. Our contractor that agreed to do the job for a fraction of the cost last year disappeared and never pulled the permits we were promised. We have been met with wall after wall with no end in sight. Until now! After years of searching and researching, talking to countless providers, paying fees and cleanings to try and make our system last a little longer, after a large up front cost for the plans we e finally have found a different provider that is able to pull permits and provide the labor and material costs for almost half of our initial bid!
