Dear Friends and Community,
I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support during this incredibly difficult time. My mother, a kind and selfless woman who has dedicated her life to mentoring and supporting others, has lost everything in the devastating wildfires that tore through Lake Carl Blackwell and much of Oklahoma last night.
She has been traveling between Stillwater and Guthrie almost daily, pouring her heart into discipling and mentoring women in our community, helping them grow in faith and build a deeper relationship with Jesus. She has always been someone who gives without hesitation, offering love, guidance, and encouragement to those in need. Now, she is the one in need.
Tragically, the fire consumed everything she owned, including her beloved dog, Baby Girl. She is now left without even the most basic necessities—clothes, personal hygiene products, food, and other essentials.
We are asking for any support you can give to help my mother get back on her feet. Whether it’s a financial donation, clothing, or other essential supplies, anything you can contribute would mean the world to her as she begins to rebuild her life.
If you feel led to help, please reach out to me directly, and I can coordinate how to receive donations. Your generosity and kindness during this heartbreaking time will not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for any assistance you can provide.
Thank you for your prayers, love, and support. We know that God will provide, and we are leaning on the strength of our faith and the kindness of our community to get through this.
With gratitude,
