Hello, everyone. Bear with me, as this is hard to make.

My name is Mersades. I just graduated with my bachelor's degree, about to start my master's degree on February 2nd. I have two boys, Caspian and Sebastian. A dog named Siren, and two cats: Pyrrhus and Persephone.

A year ago, we had to move as the owners of the apartments we had been living in for 5 years was ending any month-to-month lease. I found this duplex where me and my family have been pretty happy. I was able to finish school, start my business, and my kids and animals had a place to play. When we moved in, we were told the place was for sale, but that they had been trying to sell for 3 years. No one had shown interest, and we were all assured that there was a conditional on the sale that our lease would be respected. Unfortunately, that did not turn out to be the case.

Two days ago, I received a call from the property manager informing me that the future new owners had sold their house in Florida and wants us to vacate the property, giving us only 45 days to do so. I currently have no car, as that was the first thing I was working towards with my new business. Having two kids and being a full-time student comes with unexpected expenses, and I have been unable to save towards one.

It is starting to snow, it is right after the holidays, and I am in between school terms, with no car. I was recently diagnosed with POTS, possible MCAS, and struggle just overall with my health.

I know how it looks to be a parent in my current situation, and I apologize. I know the world is a mess right now, and we all are having our own struggles. I ask that if you cannot spare the financial help, that you share this with other people.

If you cannot spare money but need to hire someone for marketing or any graphic design work; I am open for hiring as well. It all helps and will go to the same goal.
