Urgent Help Needed for Medical and Housing Relief

I am in a desperate situation and won’t be doing this if I hadn’t any other options. I been temporarily disabled and can’t work for many different reasons. I am getting disability payments that run out in December. But my payments only cover my bills and only one week of hotels. So I am forced to live on my car. Which is making my medical and mental health disintegrate even more. Here are the list of my medical issues.

1. got into car accident and gained osteomyelitis and now my back and hip hurts like hell. I was hospitalized because the pain was so bad I couldn’t walk for 6 weeks. The antibiotics helped me walk again but I still need serious surgery to remove the infection.

2. I have 3 hernias that need to repair which needs to be done soon because my core strength is super weak and I can’t move well or sleep. They won’t do it because they want me to sober for year. I got 4 more months! Hopefully I can convince them to get it done while I am on disability.

3. I take lots of medication to help with my numerological issues like nerve pain. And sleeping in my car my anxiety and depression and stress has created more nerve pinches. I need a bed. And I been calling all these places for housing assistance and let me tell you San Diego county is horrible place to for social services. Especially when they told me I won’t get a respite bed. Wtf.

4. I got shingles and now I am even more pain then I was. It’s literally horrible. I never had chicken pots as a child. I am kinda freaked out about how bad it could get. I am hiv positive and taking my meds but let’s face it it’s definitely it helping.

6k is stretch but what it will help me rent a cheap room while I get these surgeries and heal up. Cheapest room rental in SD is 1k. Or at least help me get a hotel for the next few weeks so I can rest and heal from shingles. Please help with anything you can. At least it help me with food. And I have receipts for all my health problems. I have no problem showing you my medical records. Thank you for listening to this lame
