❤️ Help Mars Recover After a Terrible Accident

Hi, my name is Faith, and I’m a close friend of Mark Nachlis, the owner of Mars, a sweet one-year-old German Shepherd mix. I’m reaching out to our community to ask for help saving Mars’s life after a tragic accident.

Mars has been part of my life since he was a puppy. I often care for him when Mark travels or just take him out for walks and playtime at the dog park. He’s full of love and energy — truly a joy to everyone who meets him.

Sadly, earlier today, Mars was hit by a minivan and rushed to the emergency veterinary hospital. He suffered a pelvic fracture and other internal injuries. His ER visit alone has already exceeded $5,000, and the necessary surgeries and recovery care are expected to cost more than $20,000.

Mark is a kind and generous person who has quietly helped so many others in our community, but now he’s facing a heartbreaking and unexpected financial hardship. We are doing everything possible to save Mars, but we can’t do it without help.
