My name is Lauren! My family and I have run into tough times! I recently lost my job (I already have a new job) and a water pipe broke under our house causing our water bill to be over $2,200! The water company won't adjust the water bill because I had it adjusted less than 3 years ago due to a running toilet. (That's fixed now)

Our rental company said there's nothing they can do to help because they had to pay the plumber to come out and fix our broken water pipe! My husband and I have a 6-year-old girl and our water is about to get shut off because we CAN NOT pay over $2,200 to pay the bill!
