Urgent Help Needed for Kerry's Home Rebuild

I’m asking help for my friend Kerry Harnesk. She had a house fire from a space heater on 3/8/24 and although she was insured, the insurance company closed her claim without repairing the damage. The insurance has not paid to recover her belongings from storage, repair her damage, or stay in a hotel any longer. She is a single mom and cannot afford to remove her items, fix her house or hire an attorney. Any amount of help is greatly appreciated.
